My lawn care specialist s knowledgeable and takes a true interest in my yard. Addresses my concerns and explains everything. Customer service is great! I always request the same specialist and they note that in my account.

KIRK HILL JR treated and diagnosed our lawn. He was very receptive to questions and seemed knowledgeable about solutions to rid lawn of bare patches. He was very friendly and welcomed all questions we had about our lawn.

Based upon my spouse's feedback she observed that during this tree/shrub treatment that the tech did not cover two of my flower beds; two out front & two out back; says she only saw him do application to shrubs along the walls of the house?

The technician is thorough and professional. He ensures he puts flags in both the front and back yards so I don't worry that an area has been skipped. Lets us know what he put down and what it is supposed to control.
