You show up and do what you say that you are going to do. For the most part I have to say I do approve of TruGreen. I do think that some of their people need more training. They have gotten a lot better then they were when I first started with them. Now they at least listen to what I have to say or answer my questions. My lawn looks a lot better now that it did. I have horrible grass and because I did it took special work to get it looking decent
