The Tech we had today was the best I have seen in over a year and 1/2. His name is Cameron Simpkins and he is out of the Augusta Branch, which probably accounts for the level of service as opposed to the Richmond Hill Branch (Savannah) which is always in a flux of one type or another. Mr. Cameron is more knowledgeable and informed then we are used to..... in other words, he knows what he is doing, a rarity we seldom see from Richmond Hill. Most there do not know much if anything and their equipment often fails to function properly. I assisted techs twice repairing their equipment due to faulty operation just so we could be serviced as they either fail to show or are really late in which case they go as rapidly as they can without actually running so they can get out of here. Often a poor quality service.
Maybe Richmond Hill should be closed as it is a lousy branch and move it to Hinesville or somewhere else where you find workers are more eager and intelligent. Richmond Hill is a loser, in my opinion.
Kudos to Mr. Cameron Simpkins from Augusta coming to Richmond Hill to bail them out. Believe me, they need it!! Kevin Cameron Info on file if you care to contact me, though I do not think anyone will, hasn't occurred yet.

Last year I was about to cancel TruGreen but decided to try one more year. I am pleased I did, as my lawn and shrubs have looked fantastic in 2022.
It works! No mosquitoes, sand spurs keep the green looking healthy.

Communication
I am for the most part very satisfied with the service I have been getting.
Today however, a technician serviced the lawn and the comments that he left on the service ticket make me wonder how close he really inspected my lawn. In the "What I noticed" section of the service ticket he left the following comments - "I noticed that the lawn is mowed too short" and his recommendation was to raise the height of the mower blade. I currently have the lawnmower deck set to cut at 3 1/2" and due to a recent foot surgery, the lawn has not been mowed in exactly 4 weeks (mowed last time on September 30).
He also left the comment that the lawn appeared dry. That me be possible but I have been watering above his recommendations - not to mention that we have had rain almost daily for the month of August.
Overall the lawn has been doing better since hiring Truegreen but it seems to me we are still struggling with weed control - broadleaf weeds and especially Nut Sedge. I understand that Nut Sedge is very difficult to control and I would rather not over react if it is going to kill otherwise healthy patches of the lawn. I would like for someone to call me to discuss.

the technician does his job. He don't bother him, he don't bother you. He must remember to leave the statement at the door, once he has completed the job.
I like the notification so if I have questions, I can be here when the technician arrives. Everyone has been very responsive and knowledgeable.

You have done a great job! the only thing is that they should tell you what they done and tell you how to care for it. The first two times they came all there was a stake in the yard saying they came not what I should do to your lawn , The last time they came we got something on out door. telling me all that. But love everything you have done
