well I only had yall come out once so far,its been 6 weeks all ready last week,. and I was told every 6 weeks yall would come out.the people right next to me got theres done wen of last week.i was told that yall were to get us both on the same day.whats up with that? when are yall coming to do mine 1127 Halyard way SE Townsend Ga31331.

Lawn is in very good shape. Lawn specialists come on time and are polite.
When I have a problem, e.g. recurring weeds etc. or lawn problem / mole crickets, the problem is addressed when I call Trugreen and there is timely visit by Michael Berlett to apply a product to take care of the issue.
I appreciate the phone call one day prior to the visit so that I can try to be home when M. Berlett comes. Michael is also aware of recurring issues (mole crickets) with this lawn and tries to take a proactive approach to the treatment. He is also courteous when we have a conversation.

Prompt service. I am notified ahead of time when you will be coming and what that day's service will be. The technician is always "approachable" and ready to answer any of my questions and is always responsive to any issues I might have for service on a particular day.

The yard grass seams to be getting better and the yard looks better than before you started treating it. plus I had no idea what to put on that St, Augustine there are so few things you can put on it without killing it.
Robert, my technician, really cares about my lawn. He's thorough and really takes the time to explain to me any issues my yard has and tailors my service to what my grass needs. Love Trugreen and Robert is the reason I stay a customer!!

The Specialist that services my lawn is professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He takes the time to speak with me and answer any questions I have. I purchased a house with a yard that had been unattended for some time and weeds were taking over. After two treatments the weeds are disappearing. I am amazed and extremely pleased and grateful.

Tru Green is a very professional service and they will take care of my lawn problems, if I have any. They come on schedule but always call before arriving. They have been a great help to me since moving to Beaufort. I live on the salty marsh water, without a sprinkler system, so it's mandatory that my lawn be cared for in a professional manner, and Tru Green fills that bill. I couldn't be any happier with them than I am right now.
