Always on time and pleasant people. Sometimes I’m wondering if it’s getting fertilized and weed treated because it seems like not much is happening but I guess it’s just all in good time. I like the feedback they give me to help me and my husband do our share and getting a better looking yard
I like the way you set the schedule for periodic treatments. I like my lawn treatments every 6 weeks except in the Summer and at the end and beginning of the next year. Employees are courteous and accommodating.
OUr lawn is looking great. The service people come on schedule but we have no interaction with them. We have dogs. We need to know when they arrive so dogs can go to bathroom and then be put away. This is my on

This lawn shows great results with the spray than the dry however it looks like the grass is coming together and looks better than last year when we Trugreen

1: Easy to get a repeat service if a problem still exists.
2: Also, the tracking devise on the position of the agent when he is on the way.
3: The ability to look at the invoice to see what treatment was applied.
4: The customer service available.
5: I need to talk to someone about my Crepe Myrtle looking bad and if the agent reapplied the mite poison. It looks like the bark is still dark/black.
