High heat cleaning.

Technician was great, prompt and pretty through. There was an area where pet accident was detected and paid to have entire room treated. It was treated and still 2 days later is strong smell that remains. Called the following day and scheduled me 4 days later and i feel should have been a top priority on a redo as well as no extra charge which was informed will be possible. Not sure that is good business after spending approx $200 for one large room and small area rug to try and get 4 room minimum (was charged a little more than $31 for the area rug as well when told was counted as 4th room?). In the past I have had excellent service but not so much now. The Tech was great.

The area of carpet that was cleaned looked great and I was very pleased with that. But the cleaning of the tile and grout was a disaster. Initially, it was not measured,so I was charged incorrectly, and, also, I had to go over every area with clean water to rinse off the residue. Also, some of my floorboard was ruined (discolored and warped) because water was next to it for too long (I'm assuming). When I called your company the next day, they were very good about offering for someone to come back to try to make things right. You weren't able to schedule someone for a few days, and I had family coming the next day to stay for two weeks.So I couldn't have anyone come until after that time.

I appreciated the young man that came out. He was very polite and listened attentively to my complaints. He measured the tile area, offered to redo anything, and charged, what I felt, was a fair price. But I felt like I didn't get any answers. Why did this happen? Is it your methods, or did someone not do it like they should have done? How do I know that would not happen to me again, or to someone else? Until I understand this, I would not feel good about recommending your company.

Loved the first time we used Zerorez - i wished i would have kept the technicians card. this time, we went down tonight and got out two rust stains with Lysol, that were not removed during our carpet cleaning. there were a few spots on the floor of one bedroom that we were hoping would look better after cleaning, they don't. i would have hoped for an explanation as to what was tried and if they felt it would work or not work.
i spent $207 and would have thought it would have taken the two technicians longer than 1/2 hour to finish 3 bedrooms, a hall, stairs and stain guard on the stairs. as a result i am not comfortable that enough time was spent to get a good result. i may be wrong on the matter of time spent.
the technicians were very nice and friendly and I enjoyed having them here.

The sevices were great! We started out with just a duct cleaning and ended up cleaning 4 sofas, a chair and two sets of chairs!
Your technician George was so awesome. He was professional and courteous and was such a pleasure to work with. I can understand why ZeroRez hired him, he is most definately an asset to your company.

Carpet cleaning tec was very nice and the carpet is clean. I did find an area where the carpet was ripped at the seam. I have never noticed it before but I'm thinking it may have been ripped during the cleaning process.

I have not found a better carpet cleaning company around, and the technicians are always professional and friendly.

Well my carpets were very wet and I couldn't walk on them for almost 2 days! One reason I had your services was because I had heard, they wouldn't be so wet. They were fast, but the carpets were too wet to walk on them, and of course we had to.
