How clean my carpets looked after and how it didn't take so long to dry. It far exceeded my expectations. Especially when they got tie dye out of the carpet in my sons room. Jace was awesome to work with. Looking forward to you coming back and cleaning other rooms in my house.

Great service and very personable. However, I waited for my carpets to dry before evaluating. I still can see rings where our dog urinated, which I expected would come out in the cleaning, especially when I paid extra for the pet treatment.
It was great to have ZEROREZ call me instead of me calling them for an appointment. It makes you feel good that made me feel important. I also enjoyed the follow up appointment call two days before the scheduled appointment date. The phone call from Daniel letting me know when his arrival time was going to be. Daniel Romero was awesome. When I clean my carpets again, I'm going to personally ask for Daniel. Daneil was respectful, knowledgable, friendly, did a great job, and takes pride in his work. I like the fact that you give notice before you show up, that you are there when you say you are there, that you have professionals with great attitudes, that the carpet dries within a very short period of time, and that the carpet doesn't have an odor after being cleaned. I also like the fact that I haven't been given unexpected charges. It is nice to know that you charge a fair and reasonable price. I was also impressed that Flora came out to give an estimate very early in the morning and within less than 24 hours from calling! She was awesome! Thank you!
It is safe for children and pets. And it does the job! My carpets look amazing and it didn't leave a nasty odor.
This is the best method for cleaning carpets that I know. The product really works. The Carpet Cleaning person was very knowledgeable and profession. He kept good contact and showed up on time. Billing and all contact is done via email and on the phone. Very efficient and effective.

Zerorez has a great cleaning process. Better than others.
Do better client education. Our tech didn't give us any instructions before he left on what to expect or what we could do to help our carpet dry. It took 36 hours - and yes I said 36 - for our carpet to dry. It would have been nice to have been told what to expect.
