No chemicals! Service tech was extremely professional and helpful

Your cleaning process without using soap products is impressive. My experience with other carpet cleaning processes is that stains seem to reappear quickly and traffic areas appear dirty quickly. This is not the case with Zerorez. The service personnel were very friendly and honest. We wanted two chairs and a sofa cleaned due to wine stains. The service personnel informed me that the fabric on our furniture would possibly darken due to the cleaning process and advised that we consult the makers of the furniture for the best cleaning solution. The service personnel was more concerned for our furniture than making a few extra dollars. I appreciate that honesty. Thanks Zerorez.

Technician worked very hard to get out carpet stains and explained the process for doing so. He was knowledgable and really interested in doing a good job on my carpets.

The men that came to clean were very nice.

I would though suggest a better scheduling system. Making an appt. for Tues. and not knowing even am or pm until 2 days before I did not like. I would like to be able to say, AM or PM when I schedule.
