I moved into a rental townhomes that was a disaster with pet stains and odors. After Zerorez the stains have been considerably lightened and the odors are gone. The owners of the rental had already had someone out to clean the carpets but it did nothing for the stains or the odors.
Both of us are very pleased with the results of Zerorez! I can only hope that they will use Zerorez in the future for all their carpet cleaning needs. I know I will be.

The company representative arrived on time, he was very knowledgeable about the product and precess. He finished in a reasonable time and was very clear on charges, explaining and demonstrating the advantages of the fiber protection they apply fot a very readonable rate!
Chemical/soap free. Carpet was okay to walk on even when damp (I have 4 kids and we don't have much for non carpeted areas) It was quick and the house smelled nice.
Professionalism from the beginning to the end: from my iniitial call and consultation with Lacy, to the Sunday afternoon call I received from the technician informing me when he'd be here, to the actual cleaning from Dave, everything was done professionally. No chemicals. My wife has alergies really bad and she was there the whole time and the cleaning of the carpets didn't bother her at all.
