I can't believe how clean our carpets look after having them cleaned, and they're not crunchy like other carpet cleaning services.

I like the quick dry times

No chemical residue is on the carpet after they have been cleaned and it is safe for my baby to crawl around on the carpet after being cleaned. No one else can offer that!

Worked very well. Got out stains that other cleanings hadn't (some had been there years!). Left the carpet barely damp. Smelled clean and fresh.

The overall experience was impressive from the initial call to schedule the appointment to the time they left my house everyone I dealt with was professional, Courteous, and efficient.
As for the product...the most impressive item for me was there was not a tacky feeling on the carpet when done like ive experienced with other providers.

Everything was done professionally; from explaining what he was doing and why. He answered
all of our questions and reported to us what he found and if he could or could not do something to help the looks of the carpeting. Rey did a great jod, cleaned up quickly and the carpets were totally dry in 6 hours.

I was amazed at the personal service - unusual in today's business world. All those I had any contact with from Zerorez , whether on phone or in my home, were extremely polite. I greatly appreciated the fact that you communicated clearly when I could expect to have my carpet cleaned, first by letter and then followed up with the phone call 2 days ahead and again a half hour before arrival. The technician, Tyler, was top-notch - very friendly, well-groomed, informative and a good worker.

I love Zerorez! Andrew came out and did an awesome job the first time I had my carpets cleaned. He was very professional and did an amazing job on my dirty carpet. I did not think they would ever look new like that again. He got out pet stains and odors, mud and dirt that has been tracked through the entry way for the last three years. It all looks fabulous! Then my dog started having accidents again and I called him out and he did it again. Amazing.

Every aspect of the service was done well. As I had been promised, the company called me two days before the appointment and the technician contacted me about 15 minutes before his arrival. The technician was outstanding - both professional and friendly. He was very efficient and effective. I also appreciated that he gave me information about procedures I could use to maintain my carpets. In addition he informed me of other products and services available from the company, but he never pushed me to purchase any of them. Finally, my carpets look great!
