My carpets stay clean much longer and Rey, your tech, is the very best in customer service etc.........
This is the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had and I have had many. I have many clients of my own and they ask me for alot of advice when it comes to their homes. Iam an interior designer and I make sure that they have your name when it comes to getting their carpets cleaned. Iam very fuzzy when it comes to giving my stamp of approval on anything to my clients.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our kitchen and foyer tile had become very dingy with 8 years worth of dirt and grime. I thought nothing could restore the grout to its original white, but Zerorez did it! It looks amazing - just like new!

I like the fact that you do not use "soap" type materials or chemicals to clean the carpets. The representative that did the work was very professional, courteous, explained everything very well before he did the work, as well as when he completed the job.

Overall I was very pleased and would not only recommend you to friends, family or business associates, but would use you again.

The customer service was excellent both in setting up the appointment and the tech that came out to our home. We had our carpets and furniture cleaned and everything turned out much better than we anticipated. The tech who came out was courteous and professional. He explained the process and did a fantastic job.

The technician was on time - he called when he said he would. He was quick, and thorough, and didn't add in any extra fees. Our carpet is 16 years old, but it looks brighter, smells cleaner and feels good underfoot.

I liked the cleaning method used. (No chemicals) I also liked how clean my carpets
became after the carpet cleaning. The cleaner was able to get out some really bad spots and
my high traffic areas look beautiful.
