First time user of Zerorez.. Scott is a very thorough techician and he worked extremely hard to remove spots, and dog strains in 25 year old carpet. He gave extra attention to traffic areas, and nicely explained the technology of Zerorez. We are very pleased with our carpets, they both look and smell so much better.

Can’t remember the name of the serviceman but he was amazing! He cleaned up our sectional that my cat peed all over. My condo/furniture doesn’t reek of cat urine anymore and I’m so pleased. He was also super friendly and had us laughing majority of the time and was knowledgeable on the upkeep of our furniture/carpets when having pets. 100% will recommend this company to everyone, thank you so much!
