First and for most excellent customer service by the technician and the office staff whom
Set my scheduled cleaning. The cleaning soliton was explained to me and the citrus fragrance was so nice, it disappears with in a day. Over all extremely satisfied considering my carpet is 16+yrs old and most recent landlord will nor change my carpet. Also had very bad experience from other carpet cleaning company that left excessive soap that has caused build up and residue, and I have never been able to get all out it will take a few more Zerorez cleanings in the near future.

Casey and Anton provided excellent service! I am very happy with the results. My tile and grout look amazing! The carpet I had cleaned came out really nice too. I love how the carpet wasn't crunchy after it dried and that the overall smell was pleasant, not overwhelming. Will definitely call Zerorez again!

The Technician was very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning (both good and bad practices). He was very efficient and went about his work without delay. He cleaned the carpets in 4 of our new home bedrooms in about an hour and a half. The carpets had an noticeable difference in appearance when he finished. The carpets dried overnight and we moved in to the home the next day. I will definitely use Zerorez again when the time is right.
