We were very satisfied with the entire project. Our appointment time started earlier than planned, which we appreciated. The gentlemen that cleaned the carpet was efficient and professional. We love the orange peel scent. Our biggest job is putting our home back together...the only thing that did not co-operate was the weather...humidity 100%+...but we have several ceiling fans and we decided to turn the heat on a bit...Thank you for your service. Haven't seen the results yet, but the gentleman who washed our carpets (moving next week) had excellent customer service. He answered all our questions and took his time to walk through each room with me.

Carpet looks clean without soap residue. Technician was efficient and friendly.

Workers looked at the space to be cleaned and gave us advice re: pet and other stains. They were efficient, obviously knowing exactly what to do. The carpets look great.

I like that the cleaning method is free of soaps and chemicals. The employee who cleaned our carpets, Jalen, was very professional and thoroughly explained the process and different options for cleaning pet stains. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling Zerorez again when we need our carpets cleaned.

Very friendly, but I was gone when he completed the job. There are a couple of areas I would like him to come back and re-do. Is that a possibility?
