I liked the cleaning ability and the citrus smell it left. It dried in 4 to 5 hours as your techs said. The techs (Bill and Mike) were excellent to work with. I'd like to order some product for pet stains and deoderizer. I already have recommend your services to 3 to 4 people already. I will have you back and clean my lower level.

I was much more impressed with your service than another company I had used in the past. That company only seemed to be conceerned with how quickly they could get done and out the door. My carpet was wet for three days after their service. With yours it was dry within 8 hours.

We like the way our carpet appears to be "reborn". The carpet pattern has come back to life. The workers were very clean and didn't try to pressure sell extra services you offer.
The owner was the one who did my three do to some scheduling problems with some of the help. I did not know that until part way through the work and we were talking about various things. I did limited carpet cleaning work many years ago and had some familiarity with different processes so we talked some about the technology he was using. I added the carpet treatment after the cleaning and now we are interested in seeing how it maintains itself relative to spills, etc. over the next couple of years.
