I waited till now to see how the carpet would look a couple of weeks after treatment. For the most part the carpet looks good, however the spots that were pretreated and cleaned have come back.. also, in the high traffic area the carpet is starting to look like it did before treatment. There aren't any chemicals or smell to the carpets after they are cleaned. However Zero Rez is quite a bit more expensive than other carpet cleaning companies.

I like the products and services. However I did this for my daughter and she was upset when she got home because they damaged freshly painted baseboards in two spots. Maybe they didn't notice. They should definitely point it out if they know. Luckily she was able to repair and repaint.

The carpets got cleaned very well. And I really liked the attentiveness of our technician. I fel like he really cared.

Justin was great! Was disappointed that til cleaning was limited to the floor and didn't touch floor edges or walls. But now I know. Was also surprised that there are some pretty wet spots yet, more then 24 hours later.

Carpet does look nicer. But was not happy with the young man who did it. He came unprepared to do his job. did not have the pads to put under the furniture, so left here (not in a nice manner) and I had to wait for him to come back. I had things I wanted to do but had to wait for him.
