Get my carpets clean, friendly worker
Very friendly, but I was gone when he completed the job. There are a couple of areas I would like him to come back and re-do. Is that a possibility?

Clean..not soapy
The MOST IMPORTANT thing about Zerorez is that, unlike the competition, there is absolutely no soap residue left in the carpet. Therefore, the carpet stays MUCH cleaner much longer, and doesn't wear out as quickly. My carpet is proof as I've had this carpet for over 20 years and it looks almost brand new.

I like that the cleaning method is free of soaps and chemicals. The employee who cleaned our carpets, Jalen, was very professional and thoroughly explained the process and different options for cleaning pet stains. He did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling Zerorez again when we need our carpets cleaned.
