I LOVE that it is a process that does not use harsh chemicals or shampoos. It is great to use the alkaline water that does not leave a residue! I am so happy that you provide this option to consumers. It is the only way I am interested in getting my carpet cleaned. Thank you for keeping the process healthy and chemical free!

Josh called before he arrived. He was very professional and friendly. He got to work right away and was very efficient. He explained the process of pet stain treatment and crawled around on his hands and knees trying to find all locations of the stains as the previous owners had attempted to clean the areas so the spots were hidden!
