We have always had good results with ZeroRez service and have been especially pleased with the difficult spots that develop due to pets and grandchildren. At one point we had soda spilled in our hallway. The initial cleaning did not remove the spots permanently. We called ZeroRez back and following further treatment (no charge) the problem was permanently fixed. Most of all, we enjoy the service people who have been in our home. They are pleasant and knowledgeable. I didn't know there was so much to learn about carpets.

I had used a now defunct local carpet cleaning service for many years. So I began a search for a new company. I'd heard Zerorez radio commercials for years and I decided to scheduled the appointment online. Evan showed up in time and did an amazing job getting out grease (that the other company could not get out), lots of black dog hair and and dirt from our family room carpet. They cleaned a bedroom carpet I was going to have to replace because it was filthy with makeup, and Zerorez got the stains out!
The equipment used was incredible. The hot water and pressure combine withe Zerorez's cleaning solution and the electrical charge got the carpets to look new! Thank you.
