My carpet was pretty clean and it did not take as long to dry. I do recommend that you advertise one price and the technican wanted to charge me another price whne I suggested the advertisement on 850 KOA. The pricese per ads and techs need to be clarified. I had it all down per internet and paid more than what I was quoted. i was not happy with that as I had to stay at work and it put my husband in between you company and the qutoe which I received a booking.

The representative was very inrested in pleasing the customer and doing a good job. Our carpet looks like a new carpet and we had gone for almost 1 1/2 years since the carpet was cleaned. We have a long hallway that gets constant use and the representative was not pleased with how it turned out--- but, we were and knew how dirty it was, it looks great. quality of work....am upset that I was quoted $125 for a 3 bedroom condo, but the seller was charged $150 because she didn't have a coupon! She has already moved out and is in Arkansas! Which is what was explained on the phone when I made the reservation and was told she'd be given the $125 rate because of all the business that I refer........not happy about this!

clearly you have the best product out there in regards to no chem, etc. I understand that normal wear and tear can break down the carpet fibers over the years and that is clearly what has happened over the last seven years here. I was impressed with Ryan. He was a straight shooter that really did a great job of separating you from your competition. He did a great job on the carpet as well. He found stains that I could barely see from years ago that I remember our dog leaving. There was only one that he could not get out but he made me aware of it-he is the only person that will ever come to our house and notice it...Thanks for your persistance. We will see how things look in a couple of months and most likely use you again.
