Service - Ricky Brown was knowable and was able to get the carpets in our entire house cleaned in a short amount of time.
Products - We like the products because it gets stains out and dry reasonable fast. We thought we were going to have to buy new carpet but after Ricky finished our carpet looks so good we don't have to now.

The carpet really looked good after it was cleaned. There was a high traffic area that other carpet cleaning companies haven't been able to get clean, but it is now.

Our most recent cleaning (8/8/18) was done by Chris Hall. Chris' cleaning was the best that we have received from Zerorez. He is professional, pleasant and most importantly thorough.
