I like that every day is a different workout. My studio is extremely clean and well kept. The manager and coaches are all knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I wasn't very happy about the price increase but understand that the cost of everything is going up so I imagine it costs more to maintain the studio. Overall I'm quite happy at OTF Cranston and the other area studios as well.
I’ve been doing this for four years and I’m not bored yet! I love the variety of workout templates, the music, and the positivity of the coaches. I never lifted weights before OTF and I appreciate the coaches correcting my form. I now know how to lift! I’m sad to be leaving Leominster in June to move away but I hope to find a studio just as awesome in Rhode Island!

I love the variety of workouts and the motivation the coaches provide. I have asked friends to join because I know they would love it, too but they all say it is too expensive.
Everything. I love the cardio running and how it keeps me engaged in what I’m doing. I’ve actually increased my mph because of it. I push myself so much harder between the coaches and the music, it’s hard not to. I tell my friends I would never workout this hard in my own. And it’s a fraction of what a trainer would cost. My body has changed. I’m leaner. I love getting it all done in one hour. Best decision I’ve made for my fitness journey.
I love that it’s thoughtfully pre-determined so I don’t have to think about it while knowing it’s a wee-rounded workout. I also love that it’s data-driven!
My favorite thing about orange theory is that you only need to set aside one hour of your day and you know that you will get an absolutely awesome workout within that time. I think that many people, myself included, find it hard to make time to workout. It is even worse when you make the time to go workout and it just isn't that great. With orange theory, I know that my time is well spent. I know that when I go to orange theory I am going to walk away after my session feeling great and feeling accomplished by having such a great and structured workout.
Another thing I like about orange theory is the pace. I really like that the class just keeps going constantly. You really don't have time to stop and think about how tired you are or how hard the workout is. You just keep going and move on to the next exercise.
I like the constant feed back from the coaches, who will push you when it is needed and correct your form if necessary.

The fact you sign up for classes with start and end times so you’re more apt to go when signed up, the positive motivation and direction provided by the coaches, coaches and staff are all friendly and very helpful, workouts vary each day so each class is different than the last, the quantifiable metric data provided by the heart rate monitor for each workout such as splat points (time spent at elevated heart rates), calories burned, etc., and most importantly the results…more energy, weight loss, more muscle tone, and a more positive mental state.
I would recommend OTF to anyone looking to live a more healthy life.
