As someone who isn't in good shape because I can't get to the gym enough, it pushes me to my limit without breaking me and I feel great after.

The coaches are great and motivating (especially Taryn). The place is very clean and everyone who works there, including the front reception area, is pretty friendly!

What do you like about our workout?

I love all the coaches and the exercise routines are great! I come twice a week and it's great way to make sure I get in a tough cardio exercise and also learn new strength training techniques. The facility is kept very clean and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to a friend! One small recommendation is to provide more visibility into the floor workout routines in advance. If I know which muscle groups will be targeted with the floor workout it will help me better plan my workouts outside of OTF, and also allow me to be more strategic in deciding which OTF class to attend.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that it is a group workout that feels like a personal training session. I love that it is constantly changing yet amazingly consistent and effective. I've had the privilege to workout at 10 different studios this year with business travel and the consistency studio to studio is remarkable. The coaches are awesome. I feel inspired to push harder and I've seen measurable results since starting. 100 for 100 would recommend OTF and specifically the Shrewsbury, MA studio.

What do you like about our workout?

Gets my heart rate up, different exercises everyday (never gets bored), best staff/coaches, friendly group, only thing that gets me to do any form of weight workouts, and forces me to move at least once during the day.

Cat is amazing! She keeps everyone motivated and knows about the body, lifting form, etc. I love her standard and lift classes! She keeps me going to the gym!

What do you like about our workout?

I love the HIIT workout, especially lifting which I was lacking. OTF has changed my life in six months! It’s amazing, as is the community and the coaches. It’s a game changer!

The focus on heart rate zones allows the same class to work for college athletes and senior citizens. The coaches, managers, and desk personnel are supportive and encouraging.

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory Attleboro has changed my life. I gained the confidence to push myself and it introduced me to some of the best friends I could ever ask for. I've had the pleasure to be coached by some of the greatest humans ever. And I learn more about how to push and recover every time I attend class. I joined for the workouts but I have stayed for the community. It's my happy place and I am so grateful.
