Orangetheory Fitness is by far the best gym! I have been going for over 3 years now and the changing workouts, the great coaches, and the wonderful community is what has kept me coming back all these years! So grateful to be a part of this gym :)

It's far more effective than if I were to work out on my own for 60 minutes. There are various options that you can do if you have an injury (e.g., bike, walking if you usually run). The variety is excellent. I would like more studios to add the Lift 45 class to their schedules, however. More classes that do shorter blocks with more switches (e.g., six smaller blocks rotating) would also be nice.
I enjoy the circuit training, with someone directing my workout and the scoreboard to challenge my workout activities. Two recommendations are to increase the diversity of men and people of color.
I love the variety; every day is different. Seeing my progress on the screen is very helpful, helps me push more if I am not where I am supposed to be.
The coaches are awesome, shout out to Julia, Victoria and Sarah who are very pleasant and attentive.

The staff at OTF Providence were so nice and helpful. As a new member, they really made me feel welcome and helped me every step of the way to understand everything. They also made the class really fun, which says a lot as someone who doesn’t enjoy exercising.
Totally challenging so I am proud of what I completed, yet also able to go at my own pace. I am older (51) with hip arthritis and need to get in shape. Limited to some things like running or burpees but they help me work around that.
I like the challenge the intensity and the ability to find the endurance you never thought you had. The combination of workouts in the class are amazing. I will be an orange fitness member for life.
Love that it keeps me on track, love the coaches, staff and the location. The only workout that I have stuck with for about 3 years now... Thank you...
The instruction, music, and pace
I like the group setting, high energy and having the flexibility to adjust the workout to my comfort levels.
