If I worked out alone I wouldn't push myself and I would likely do the same routine over and over. OTF is fun and can be tailored to all fitness levels. The coaches are friendly and knowledgeable. Finally there are many classes each day so it is easy to fit into my schedule.

The focus on heart rate zones allows me to modify the workout for my current out-of-shape condition and knee problems without being afraid that I'm missing out on the benefits. Working at my own maximum level may look very different from those around me in the class, but no one seems to look down on me for it. I feel good about my workout because I'm piling up the splat points.

It’s never exactly the same thing.
I love the cardio push ..t's something I would never do on my own. Also its a great balance of total body workout . The instructors are awesome and they play great loud motivating music!!
I like that its full body and always mixes up. I like the music that goes along with the workouts as well :)
