It's a great format where everyone can work to the best of their abilities. The workouts get you to work much harder than you would ever do on your own and the instructors are super helpful making sure you do the exercises correctly!

It’s challenging but doable, the coaches are super motivating, and the variety keeps me from getting bored!
As someone who’s never had experience working out, I’m happy that all the coaches are so nice / friendly. Everyone being so approachable really helps me ask questions on form and allows me to improve my performance. Also I would never push myself as much as the class does, so I know I’m getting more out of it than if I was designing my own workout or going to a regular gym.

I love the atmosphere and other members of the class as well as the motivation from the instructors! The coaches are very friendly and make you feel like a part of the class. And when I feel like I am ready to give up, they provide me with the motivation and belief that I can keep going! I always look forward to going to class and always feel exhausted, but amazing afterwards!! Love Orange Theory!
The coaches are motivating, the workout is challenging but doable, and every workout is different. Love the variation of workouts and the uplifting music.
I love the fact that every workout is different and targets different muscles. The coaches are awesome and engage the members, which makes the workouts actually fun! And, there’s always an alternate option in case it’s needed. You just can’t beat it!

The one-on-one training helps me prevent injury. The detailed and personalized instruction helps to optimize the work-out session. I enjoy having a variety of exercises in each session and I enjoy learning new exercises with each class.
I love OT! I love how it's never boring. The instructor is prepared with a new program each time, the music is great. I usually can't stand going to the gym because I get so bored, but the OT has been the opposite. Very fun and I feel stronger the more I go.
