I love that the classes really hit many different exercises and muscle groups. I love that the coaches who come around and check in and help you to modify your workout. They encourage and make you feel so proud of yourself during and at the end of the class. I feel so motivated and like Im part of a little community. I have never felt so accepted and excited at any other gym.!!

Challenge
The sense of belonging and camaraderie and how the coach is so vested in my well being. Most importantly it’s how I feel after and my overall mental and physical health.
The coaches and people are great and keep me motivated to go back continually.
I find OTF offers the best one-hour high intensity workout. It's never the same workout on subsequent days. And the coaches are great!
I show up and there is a perfectly curated total body workout already planned. The coaches are all energetic, positive and encouraging. The room is well spaced out for optimal room to workout in a group. I am distracted by my heart rate much of the workout it goes by so fast!
This isn’t like any other group fitness class I’ve tried! I feel pushed and supported through every workout every single week! The coaches are always there to offer an alternative exercise if needed and to make sure you’re using proper form to avoid injury. I travel 30+ minutes to attend classes at the nearest location to me because I genuinely look forward to it.
Love it! Simple, motivating way to get 60 min workouts done! The instructors are amazing!

It is an intense 60 minutes that flies by thanks to the rotating of activities and energetic trainers. At the end I feel exhausted, but energized for next time!
