I like the crew - the coaches & front desk. Everyone is so personable and friendly. The classes are full of energy and well planned. They encourage you to push yourself more & more.
I like the challenge; you can push as much as you want, you can tailor to your needs. It's literally a full body workout in one hour. It changes all the time.
Where do I start? I LOVE the coaches; I go to the Chelmsford location and every coach is excellent. I love how EVERY workout is different and involves strength and cardio. In addition, I only work out a few times a week and see a difference not only physically but, on the scale, as well!

I always feel like I’m pushing and getting better. The workouts change and it never feels stale. The music and lighting are fun and motivating. Coaches somehow push us individually and as a group. I always feel accomplished when I’m done.

Tailored to me! This is my orange zone, on my treadmill, on my journey.
First, I love the 5AM coaches, Nick & Jen. They're enthusiastic without being annoying (not easy at 5AM), and they pay attention to & genuinely care about the participants. I also like the variety of exercises, and the focus on multiple different types of exercise in each class. Finally, I love the heart rate monitor - it makes it so much easier for me to work out at an intensity that challenges me, but doesn't exhaust me for the rest of the day.
