I first came to IDF training to learn serious systems of self-defense after having dallied away with Karate and other martial arts.
Krav Maga and Filipino knife/street fighting has been my first down to earth learned combat systems and I wish I'd known about them and signed on earlier. Its been a great, enlightening experience that hasn't just taught me practical means of defending myself or those I care about, but has also helped me build my confidence and grow as a person.
Intense or not, the instructors are welcoming and more than accommodating of any personal issues or insecurities their trainees may have. Because of this, serious issues, serious systems and scenarios can be covered extensively, and in such a way that doesn't require heavy formality, yet still respects the situation and techniques that are being taught.
as a result, IDF training provides not only one of the most serious and comprehensive environments, covering a wide range of arts and systems, but also one of the most accessible environments I've ever had the pleasure to be a part of.

Good communication. Both the website and direct personal exchange once I had booked a term for my daughter. Also, Jordan showed great respect towards all the kids at the first class.
The style and structure of the training. The elements of the training are interesting and varied, many different techniques and hard workout at the same time. Also, meanwhile we could have fun with it, I was entertained, and it was overall a really enjoyable training.

The gym is nice, the instructors are professional. The gym has a nice environment. Everyone was polite and quite friendly.
I have tried a Krav class before at another provider and have found that the class was too advanced for me to follow or recall. I found that the Krav class as taught by Jordan on Monday night was taught very well. He taught us as beginners so that we can grasp the skills that we are trying to obtain. I also really like Jordan's focus on the theory of fighting/ avoiding injuries to ourselves.
My girlfriend and I will be back to continue training with IDF. Please pass our positive feedback on to Jordan as he deserves a pat on the back for being so professional

It's an excellent environment to learn. The trainers are skilled and teach you proper technique without compromising safety. No two sessions are exactly alike, so while you learn to defend yourself - you get great fitness as a result of the challenging workouts.
