You make training fun and interactive
The group class payment methods are some of the best value for money out there, (where else can you get fitness training, 12 classes a week and other styles in one go a week and it costs the cost of a 1 hour session once a week with others?) if you are committed to training you CANNOT get better value for money than IDF training!!
As for the Trainers, they are a brilliant group of top quality individuals all under one roof, not an easy feat to achieve, let me comment on each of those I have trained with...
Benji is one of the best trainers I have seen in 15 martial arts over 15 years, he pushes you to your limit but does it to make you better, then encourages you to go for the best you can be, all the while constantly challenging you with new and innovative approaches and ideas, you just cannot get bored or be off guard!
Gul is a consummate professional and one of the most approachable and easy going guys there is, but dont get in the ring with him unless you want to get better at fighting...
Dagny is one of the best personal trainers, innovative and easy going I have met, he makes getting fit unique and efficient, no down time, "walking is resting".
Jordan is an excellent professional and technical trainer, very mthodical and ensures that the basics are deeply ingrained in you, all the while being a ready instructor and available to help refine your skills.
Noel makes Philipino training really dynamic and easy going, all the time he is teaching you to be relaxed and natural in your response to combat, a vital skill on the streets and it shows.
And Avi what can we say, Avi is the life of the party, always helpful with a need or a comment, but lets his sense of humour rule everything, an all rounder in having a good time at the gym.
Everything about IDF training is professional and designed for maximum efficiency in training and results in skill development an attention to detail, a excellent place to be trained, if I didn't have family I had to go home to, I would be at the gym all day long...

The skill level of instructors is great. The discipline, but yet approachable manner they have is fantastic. The overall syllabus is practical and well tought.
Friendly, helpful, professional. Krav maga classes are very practical. Instructors always take the time to explain things and give clear instructions.
For me when doing the classes the feedback from the trainers is very important, especially if my form is incorrect. I did the fit to fight class and thoroughly enjoyed my workout and look forward to my next.
Excellent training facility, the staff are friendly and very welcoming to newcomers. The training is conducted in a professional and safe manner. Would highly recommend idf training to all!

That it's very hands on and the trainers are open to answering any questions. It's also a very friendly environment making it easy to train and learn new skills.
I have tried a couple of Krav Maga gyms, and despite it being smaller in size, it has without doubt, the best instructors, and from my experience it's the instructors that make the difference.
Everyone working there is really friendly which is so great because it can be an intimidating place. I like that the trainers are always serious and don't allow people to misbehave or mistreat the facility.
