When you walk into for yoga you are greeted with a warm welcome. All the instructions are positive. Classes focus on improving your mental and physical health and they help you shut out the outside noise for an hour. I highly recommend core power!

This is really a fantastic workout! It seems that the instructors are no longer offering intentions for the class which I had really enjoyed. It helped center me in the time on my mat and added a different dimension that I could only get from Core Power yoga.
