I generally love that there are many classes to choose from throughout the week, but I'm disappointed at my studio on certain days when there is not a challenging enough class. there are some wonderful teachers, but also quite a few who are just too slow or not experienced enough and they are in prime time slots. I've been moving my times around though to find teachers I love and generally love C2 and an occasional YS.
The studio vibe is upbeat and friendly whenever I come in for a class. The staff and instructors are kind and supportive. They rock! The music selections for each class are diverse, chill, and fun. The men's locker room is clean. I'm a happy member.

CPY EV is my sanctuary. Every manager and teacher have been a great source of healing, health, life, and love in my life. I brag about it to everyone and I go as often as possible. I wouldn't change a thing about my happy place.
Consistency for most things like space, timing, power, sweat, etc with freedom for teachers to flow to their own beat and instruction. We welcome personal assists and getting deeper into the postures.
