I'm very grateful to the CorePower teachers for having yoga sessions available to someone like me! My schedule is sporadic and unpredictable, so having the variety of class times helps me be able to attend at least 1 class per day. I wish I had more time to do 2x/day because my workplace is just a block away. The convenient location and class times have been such a treat and a wonderful addition to my fitness routine.

The instructors are excellent and the studio offers a wide variety of classes throughout the day. The studio is very clean and the staff is friendly. I feel great after every class!

Lara’s sculpt class at English Village, PA was fabulous!! You’ll have so much fun in class, you’ll forget you’re working out.
Before covid, I was doing five yoga sculpt classes a week so I was nervous getting back in the studio for the first time. But Lara took time before/after class to talk to us. And reminded me why I love the CorePower community! Her enthusiasm was contagious.
Looking forward to checking out Lara’s NYC classes when I move back to the city!!
