Yoga Sculpt is a comprehensive workout that is both fun and effective. C2 is challenging and cleansing.The teachers and community at the studio make going to classes a joy! I truly look forward to being there. Each instructor puts their own personal spin on the class they teach. I LOVE this studio!

Finding the CorePower Yoga, English Village location feels like home. The vibe of the whole community at CPY exceeded any expectations I might have had. There are many class levels for everyone, from beginner to advanced. The instructors made me feel more than welcome in all of the classes I participated in. It was easy with the introductory, all-access membership package being only one dollar, I am able to take as many classes to see what works for me. Thank you everyone at English Village CPY for being such an awesome community.
