The studio was very clean, and all employees had a smile on their faces! The class was challenging but left me wanting to come back again! I enjoyed the atmosphere, and I think if I were in closer proximity to the studio I would attend more classes (I currently live in Canton). I want to experience the other classes and get a feel of what's available!

I appreciated how the instructors spent a lot of time adjusting mad repositioning me to deepen my practice. In addition, they also followed up after the class to see how I felt and provided me with extra instructions and suggestions on postures to do at home.

Kristina was an AWESOME instructor! I really enjoyed how quick she moved through the initial sequence once we'd ran through it slowly a few times. Her modifications to work specific body parts over others (chataranga - better tri workout) was great and my tri's are still killing me. I also loved the music!

I felt so comfortable in the class! I am new to attending classes outside of a college yoga class. I have not been practicing yoga in a few years so I feel like a beginner all over again and this class was a great start! I am attending class tonight as well!

I really like the standardization of class formats. I can go to any Core Power and take a class, and there will be no surprises. I also like that there are locations to choose from (at least here in the DC area).

I was very unsure about attending the hot yoga class on Wednesday evening. I have never done yoga before and was worried that the instructor(s) would not care for a "newbie" in class. I was worried unnecessarily. It was an overall great experience. The instructor, Mike, was excellent and didn't make me feel out of place. My sister-in-law raved about your studio and I can see why.

Also, I thought the facility was wonderful, very clean and welcoming.

You usually always know what you're going to get out of a class because you are consistent with how you have your teachers teach.

The studio provides more than just yoga. I love the classes that include weights/cardio/core work (Sculpt), and the classes that provide a deeper understanding of the practice. Specifically, the C2 class w/ Taylor that goes through the entire chakra series. This is not your standard yoga studio.

It was the first time for me doing yoga and it was an absolutely wonderful experience!

I think that CPY is a great environment for people to have a good workout. I am always put in a good mood after I go to CPY. Even though it's working out, it always feels like a treat to me!

The instructors are great. The sculpt classes (primarily what I go to) are very hard but so worth it!

The Yoga Sculpt instructor was very motivating and made the class feel accessible to a beginner such as myself. The locker rooms were also nice and I appreciated that the facilities were locked from the outside during class.
