I love the heated C2 classes the best. I like that there is variety to the C2 classes, keeping me coming back week after week so I never get bored and my body is always challenged. I feel stronger both mentally and physically, and feeling the peace I do in class has inspired me to seek that energy out in all aspects of my life. Starting at CorePower with a membership a year ago, was certainly one of the best decisions I could have ever made.
I love the yoga sculpt class. It’s more fast paced than a typical yoga class, works everything, and really makes you sweat! Overall, great workout that leaves you feeling tired and accomplished at the same time. The instructors are also amazing - Lexi really brings the energy!
The classes are creative and motivating! I get a fantastic workout in and feel rejuvenated after
the instructor was amazing. she had a great vibe was was very clear with her cueing. the temperature in the room was also excellent—it was a very sweaty class. first time at this location and loved the facilities very clean and sanitary.
This was an excellent class—great sequencing, energy and upbeat rythmn.
