Yoga sculpt is an amazing workout! The moves are challenging and the heat adds an extra level of complexity! Renee had great music, was organized, and supportive! My favorite was ending class with a cool towel infused with lavender, I felt so relaxed and ready to fall asleep! Love it and will be back!

The facility was very welcoming and clean. A lot of amenities that I didn’t expect. The instructor was truly amazing as this was my first class, he made sure that I knew the different motions and that I did it properly as to not injure myself.

I haven't been to yoga in a long time. Analeigh was very helpful with her options for different poses as well as helping me into the right position so I wouldn't hurt myself. I really liked the music too.
The staff at the front desk was very helpful and the instructor Analeigh provided great instruction during the class. She provided options for the different poses that as a beginner I appreciated.
Michael Ballon Garst was very welcoming and helpful for my first HPF class. He offered me options and ensured I was comfortable and felt successful for my first class.
