I loved multiple things about my experience. I felt the class was accessible (I am not a regular yogi, AT ALL), there were people there of various backgrounds and body types, which immediately put me at ease. The studio itself is GORGEOUS. I also really loved the teaching style of the class. It was a perfect mix of a challenging workout and a relaxing meditation. I loved everything about it.

My instructor for yoga sculpt was wonderful. She pushed me to my limit, but kept me inspired and motivated for all 60 minutes.

I only took advantage of the class. It was very seamless with the change of Instructors. I felt like I had gotten an excellent workout.
Though I did look at the clothing, I did not buy anything. However, I did think they were nice.

I LOVED It! I am not the biggest yoga fan(I am not the most flexible and have found it difficult), but absolutely love the Sculpt Yoga class. I love the combination of the yoga and strength training. I have already been to 2 classes and can't wait to incorporate this in to my work out schedule. The energy of the instructors / music/ the heat = fun/solid workout!

I love the classes. They are a great workout. I also like the space and the aesthetics. Great views. Also there are so many classes offered! It's great to just show up for class rather than sign up in advance. The instructors are so on point too!

I love hot yoga. I personally really like the Yoga Sculpt class since it combines yoga with weights. I also love the 6 AM class. It is great motivation to get up in the morning. The class is awesome and will definitely wake you up. You won't need coffee when you do hot yoga in the morning.

The class I attended was perfect for beginners. I did not feel intimidated by the group nor the staff (which is a common issue in other yoga studios I have attended). The studio itself is beautiful and very clean. I also think the times of the classes are perfect, especially for individuals who work longer hours during the day. Overall it was a great workout and escape from the stresses of that day. I look forward to trying more classes at CorePower Yoga in the near future.

I love the overall friendly and welcoming atmosphere that Corepower employs. The attention to detail in class such as simply adjusting the brightness of the lights or the volume of the music really enhances the experience of a vinyasa flow class. I also enjoy sculpt classes because of the high energy and positive encouragement from well trained instructors. They really give you the opportunity to grow at your own pace & know that everyone practices yoga differently which is awesome. There's honestly nothing I dislike. Keep it up, Fed. Hill!

The space is so nice and clean and just added to the whole experience. The actual class was upbeat and fun and I'll definitely be back once my muscles recover!
