I like that the classes change up frequently and I love that the teachers have different styles. Some are more soulful and meditative and others are more fun and high energy. It’s nice to have the options! Sydney, Michael, and Thomas are my favorite instructors!
1. I love the location and the space- studios are the perfect size and the windows and view are lovely!
2. The instructors are so nice and put their passion and personal touch into each class. You always get a different vibe from instructors, so there’s never any monotony of attending yoga class after yoga class.

The energy at every class
It was my first time at Core Power and the C1 class was amazing. The instructor was knowledgeable and energizing, the flow was perfect. The studio and locker rooms were clean and beautiful. I loved everything about and will be back!
Federal Hill location has a vibrant community with outstanding instructors. The environment is warm and welcoming!
