I love Corepower. The classes are such a great combination of some meditative yoga and intense workout, which is exactly what I like. All of the instructors are wonderful and the studio space is really nice.

My experience allowed me to remind myself about “why l’m here” and to enjoy the moment. I liked that the instructor demonstrated what we were practicing while bringing us back to focusing on our breathing and mindfulness. I felt empowered and a sense of balance in my day.
The instructor had a very welcoming and understanding vibe. There was no pressure and it was lighthearted. It was fun and I think the instructor brought the right spirit to class.

Great experience! The teacher explained every move as the class went along. I needed that and was very happy with the session.
Laura did a fantastic class and Sean, an instructor who was in the class as a participant, gave invaluable advice to my daughter who thinks he has changed her life! I will be back when I visit Baltimore again and my daughter Sara will be coming as much as possible. It is our favorite studio of all we've been to, and we're from CO where it all began
Love the teachers and the variety! Every class is different. Even without hands-on correction, every instructor gives excellent cues and modifications to guide students through practice.
Very clean and friendly
The class was great! I had an emergency and had to leave a little early but the energy was great, instruction was positive and clear. Environment was clean and sterile, everyone encouraging and welcoming. I plan to go back weekly!
Absolutely love Liz's sculpt class. It challenges me and she is incredibly motivating!
