I like how you reuse and recycle cartridges. However, I wished you would be able to refill the cartridges that are brought in same day so you would not have to have the packaging with a replacement.

It is more reasonably priced and they quickly exchange any cartridge that doesn't seem to work right, but that only happened once to me. I just use ink for my own home and certainly recommend Rapid refill to anyone. I know the office where I live use Rapid Refill, so feel they like the service they receive also. I feel the ink does a very good job, and recommend it highly. I lasts quite a long time for me.
