I have not used the product yet. The associates helped me with an ink mess I had when I was retrieving a cartridge to trade in. I am pleased with what I have experienced thus far with Rapid Refill.

i like the very reasonable price and the helpful employees. what I didn't like was that there was no HP 60 color cartridge available for me when I dropped in. I live over 100 miles away, so picking it up at a later time was not an option.I should have sent an e mail telling when I could be there to pick one up and i think it would have happened!!
