Your products are environmentally-friendly and lower-priced than their commercial equivalents. Your services are thorough, understanding and truly helpful. When I can't get my printer to acknowledge your ink cartridges, you are full of suggestions and very ready to refund my money if needed. This is unprecendented and much appreciated.
