Cost savings with good quality. I appreciate going green as well so save the boxes, clips and cartridges to return. It would be great to have more stock in the style I use (HP 61 XL). Most of the time I need to have one or more cartridges refilled and make another trip there.

Reusing and recycling is a good stewardship. The refilled printer cartridges are much more affordable and reduce waste.

The cost per printed page makes Rapid Refill units a much better value than the high priced name brands. The customer service person was very helpful in upselling to the larger cartridge and also explained why it was a better value. I will continue to shop at this store.

Product was very easy to use. I had some of the best customer service I have ever received at the Fargo ND location. I had never been to a rapid refill before and the lady explained what I needed and told me how to install into my printer. She was very friendly and made sure to say if I have any questions at all to give her a call. Would highly recommend Rapid Refill.
