The reason why we as a company don't go anywhere else is due to Trisha Schmitz she works at the Fargo, ND location. Whenever, we are having any issues with our printer or toner she will come over that day to our office and help us problem solve. If in the event we get a bad toner cartridge she will always come a replace it. She goes above and beyond what is expected. We look forward to her visits she is always so helpful and will answer any of our questions. I know we wouldn't get as good of service anywhere else.

I do not have any business associates, but will mention you to friends if the subject comes up. I like going to the south Fargo store because of the people, especially the owner, Tricia (I believe). She is friendly and very helpful with questions about my printer. I have not compared prices, but like the idea of recycling by taking in my old ink cartridges and coming home with new cartridges.

The Fargo Rapid Refill store staff is very knowledgeable about printers as well as their cartridges. I recently purchased a new printer based on the recommendation of the store owner and I am very happy with my printer. I have often asked them printer questions in the past as well as have them look at some of my printer that have had problems and have always come up with recommendations, repairs or solutions to my problem. I highly recommend Rapid Refill! Their products are excellent and their customer service can not be compared. I have been approached by other companies several times and I always say No Thank You, I am quite happy with the company we currently use, I'm not switching.
