I appreciate the personal attention and service that I receive from Rapid Refill. Whenever I experience a problem with a print cartridge, they take the time to check out the cartridge and honestly admit if it was a warranty issue or an action that I may have taken causing the problem. I like the speedy service and the great prices too!

I like the product as it does a good job for the purpose I need, and the price is lower than products I've used before. I used Rapid Refill for several years now. The people at the store are very friendly and I'll keep going back.
