Now that I have settled in with Maid Brigade, I am very happy to recommend them to anyone. My team is always happy and willing and interested in making me happy with their service. I think you could ask if you have odd cleaning jobs 2 times a year ,
Example : cleaning ceiling fans pulling vent filters out and cleaning odd cleaning items that are not cleanedon a regular time .
This could be and add on charge.

The quality of cleanliness that is left behind when your girls leave is commendable. They don't miss a thing and some days go over and beyond what they usually do. I am very pleased.

The ladies clean the house very fast - in my opinion too fast ... so things like dusting, sweeping and vacuuming under the furniture is missed; window sills are not dusted; cobwebs on the ceiling are missed. These are things that are very noticeable.

On each comment card, I ask for the shower in the master bedroom to be cleaned better. There is always soap scum left on the glass and some mildew remaining.

The products are clean and refreshing. The services provided by Maid Brigade are very helpful and very professional.

Ladies are friendly and do a decent job in cleaning. It's difficult to do this house because an older person with a lot of "stuff" lives here, so they have to clean around things. The main thing we want them to do is to be sure that the bathrooms and kitchen are clean and sanitized and the carpets are vacuumed.

The cleaning crew is nice, friendly and efficient . Also, if there is a minor problem, a phone call fixes it.

The staff is very efficient and we like the idea of GREEN products used to clean. We have just replaced our refrig/freezer with a stainless steel model and the staff had a cleaner for that which works very well.

Repeatedly having to provide guidance of how cleaning should take place...cleaners would dust without picking up items off the furniture so there was always dust post cleaning.

I like that your products are friendly to our environment. As a person with breathing difficulties, that is a very important issue for me. Your ladies have been very mindful of my health issues and for that I am very appreciative. Your cleaning is very detailed and on the few times that something needed to be corrected, it was taken care of without any problems.

The products are not cloying. My grandson has asthma and the cleaning products do not bother his system.
