I like the smell of the products - very clean smell. I like that my house is still clean 3 days later! Overall, it just feels "clean" and I love that!

Your cleaning teams are great and have always done an excellent job. But your scheduling seems to be very unflexible. We would like an 11 AM or later cleaning time on our scheduled cleaning day. You seem to have difficulty with that.

Have a more defined time of arrival. Between 10 am and 2pm is too vague.
Not disappointed, I just realize it takes 3 people longer than 2 hours to clean our 4500 square foot home. They have so many homes to clean in one day, they are so rushed towards the end of cleaning our house that they forget things or rush through just to get to the next house. I don't blame them. I blame the person that books them to clean too many houses on Fridays. We pay $632.00 a month to Maid Brigade. Don't you think one's home shoud be SPOTLESS for $632.00 a month? I should never have to re-mop the kitchen floor before my husband gets home.

Service is good, a little pricey I feel. They are usually done at my house in 30-45 minutes.
sometimes they miss the dust bunnies under sofas or the bathroom sinks
I find that the maids do not move small items to clean behind on the floors. I can understand heavy furniture which I don't have, but I've found debree in places that should have been removed if one had just looked.
The floors are not consistently mopped well and the shower in the master bath has not been satisfactory. We have a note waiting on the crew about these things when they arrive tomorrow.

The cleaners are great, it's nice to come home to a sparkling house. The best for me personally is dusting of the blinds, ceiling fans, and baseboards.

The ladies came in and went straight to work. The entire process was incredibly easy from calling to find out cost to them completing the work. I am telling all my friends about how wonderful it is.
