Practice a method of deeper cleaning- behind couches, beds, dressers, ect. where dust accumulates. I believe this should be an automatic part of the cleaning service and one should not have to specifically request it.

Everything is cleaned that can be seen,I have found so many things that should be taken care of,and is not..I am about to cancel my contract and find another company . I cannot believe that this house is supposed to be clean in 75 minutes-not possible-for all that is to be covered .Not once has the upholstery been vacuumed,lamp shades not dusted and on and on,bathroom floors half washed,and on and on. The cleaners don't have to clean my stove or micowave-which should give them time to take more care of other dustings and cleaning. My house is not a messy or full of clutter-everything is in its place. I found that even the bathroom counters are not done completely! Next week will be the last time for your companys cleaning-if I am not satisfied!

Though not sweet or an over kill, still fresh. the services are always prompt and as scheduled.

We don't get the same level of cleaning each and every week. Some weeks it is excellent, but other weeks it's mediocre. Lori has expressed this to the management.

Able to get a cleaning whenever I need it. Do wish the cleaning products had a better smell, making your house smell fresh, but they work well.

Service started out great but after several months, it seems to get a little lax.

Wish the kitchen floor was scrubbed a little harder. Dirty collects in the divots in the floor pattern and needs to be scrubbed in order to come out. Floor area under cabinets (where cabinets and floor meet) also tends to collect cobwebs and should be scrubbed well too.

Towel holders in bathrooms were dusty. T.V stand was dusty-top shelf was dusted but not rest. Tops of leather couches were dusty. Computer was dusty, monitor was dusty, & printer was dusty. 1/2 bath downstairs there was dried dust behind toilet from mopping.

Consistency in cleaning. During the last visit I cited several items which were not cleaned properly. Once I have four months without any problems I would feel comfortable in recommending your services to a friend.

I've only had one visit - will be looking for consistency!

I have been disappointed with my last two cleanings. I didn't say anything the first time because service has been outstanding up until the last two and I really thought it was a fluke. The service one month ago, I found things out of place, broken and a few normal clean spots missed.

The efficiency and overall cleanliness of your service, especially being able to trust your staff when we are not home.

I love the communication and knowing when the ladies will arrive.

Please have the ladies tie the trash bags when they take these out of the house .
They put these in the back of my pickup truck and i have had trash blow out .

I like that you are bonded and insured, and that no matter what, someone is going to show up to clean my house on a regular. scheduled basis. (No one calling to say they are sick or their car won't start, or they have a sick child, etc)
