I like the fact that you are green clean certified. Everything smells so good and I feel like it is helping my son's allergies. Our house was very clean. The only thing that could have used a little more attention was the kitchen floor. Since that is where our dog spends most of his time the kitchen floor has always been very difficult for us to clean. Otherwise, we have been very satisfied.

The quickness they came out.

They missed one of the ceiling fans in the house and appeared to be in a big hurry to get out. The floors was not cleaned very well, they just used a swiffer or something and really didn't pick up much dirt.

Excellent and very professional services provided. Very HELPFUL, as well. I have been using Maid Bridage services since 2004.

The three ladies did not thoroughly clean my house; it appeared that they simply rushed instead of taking their time to ensure my needs were met. The service I paid for was not worth the results rendered. I had to re-clean most areas especially around the faucet areas where soap scum had accumulated even having to point this out to them they ignored it. They left cleaning residue on my stove and complained of cleaning the bottom portion of the shower door which had significant amount of mildew and mold...it was clearly visible. The inner door of my dishwasher still had food particles around it. The hinges around the toilet sit still had urine residue! They had all the tools to clean but, I could'nt understand why these things did not get done. I wish I could get my money back for poor service. I certainly would not recommend your company to others.

I know I didn't expect it to be as if I cleaned it myself but, I was told All washboards would be clean. However the ones in the kitchen were not clean. There were cobwebs left in the master bathroom above the shower, also above the fridge in the kitchen. Speaking about the fridge I guess cleaning it did not include the freezer because there were stains left in there that just simply came off when wiped with a warm rag and soapy water which indicated to me that it was not touched at all. The stove was okay. Several corners on the floor, also corners on the windows still had brown dust or dirt there. It was not cleaned at all. In both of the other bed rooms the window sills have to be cleaned again. They cleaned the carpets well, and the other 2 bathrooms were cleaned well too. The upstairs bedroom was fine also. Overall I guess it was okay, but I wouldnt pay 300.00 for this type of service again.

I WAS ABLE TO ASK FOR SPECIFIC TASKS TO BE DONE AND THE CREW CAME AND DID A GREAT JOB WITHIN THE TIME SPAN I SET.

When I came home, the blinds we supposed to be dusted and all they did was turn them on the other side. Nothing was dusted at all except the blades in the one fan in our house. The tubs and bathrooms were left clean. The kitchen floor was to be mopped and it was nowhere near clean. I could still see dirt and grime. Our carpet was vaccummed.

I was happy with the work done, but the quote was $86 and my credit card was charged $100. When I called (around the 26th October) I was told the $14 would be credited back. Still waiting. My next service is November 18th and I hope that the charge is lowered to compensate for the over charging.

Maid Brigade cleaned my house so good the carpet looked like it had been shampooed, my husband said the furniture looked brand new. They did an excellent job and I look forward to them cleaning on a monthly basis

Professional and non-invasive approach, good cleaners too.

Some surfaces did not appear to have been cleaned including the main dining table and top of microwave. Bathrooms and bedroom surfaces were sparkling and dusted.

During the last visit, the lamp in my son's room was knocked over and laying on his bed. The base of the lamp was destroyed in pieces on the carpet. There was no mention of this when the maids left the house nor has there been a response since we've inquired about it on the survey form. You can improve by being more responsive and proactive when mistakes or accidents happen.

Overall, great work. Just a few things I would have liked done. Baseboards were cleaned, but area where the floor meets the baseboards were not cleaned.

On time and pretty consistant work

The dedication that your Ladies show at being punctual, doing an excellent job, and doing what is requested of them.
The products do not irritate my lungs or cause any distress to my body. Being on oxygen it is a relief to know I can count on them to not wear perfumes or spray fragrances in my house. Thank you very much.

Light fixture over kitchen table cob webs, kitchen floor around trash can dirty, main floor bathroom hair, dust balls on bedspread and floor in master bedroom and livingroom floor.

For the most part they clean surfaces well and don't seem to be toxic. However, I would like to see you use something that cleans tile and grout more effectively.

Not the products as much. I appreciate the green clean but I still need something more powerful to clean the showers and toilets. The girls on the team you send to my house are very good and always want to do a good job.

The products you use are environmentally safe and do not have a strong odor, which is fine with me ( I have allergies). The women are quiet and efficient and always friendly.

Our whole house is clean in a matter of a few hours. You are very professional and do your job very well. It is nice to have a fresh smelling and clean home when ya'll leave. Thanks again. GK
